Job summary

Responsibilities

• Acts as a charge nurse to lead, guide, and direct nursing care of all nursing staff.
• Attends weekly Medicare A and care plan meetings.
• Maintains CMS compliance and participates in quality assurance activities.
• Rounds with physicians monthly and PRN; documents plans and orders.
• Provides education to staff as needed and supports policy development.
