Adventist Health seeks an experienced RN Lead for our Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units, Full Time Nights. In this leadership role, you will coordinate unit workflows, mentor bedside nurses, and provide compassionate, evidence-based care for mothers and newborns.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a faith-based environment, promoting safety, quality outcomes, and professional growth while supporting deliveries, postpartum recovery, newborn care, and patient education.

Responsibilities
