Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute skilled nursing interventions including pre- and post-procedure care and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Delegate and supervise nursing tasks while maintaining accountability for quality outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of care and interventions per standards.
• Communicate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care delivery.
• Identify variances from goals and participate in improving patient outcomes.
• Provide patient and family education on cardiac conditions and lifestyle changes.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and professional development.

Education
