HCA Florida Citrus Hospital is seeking a Progressive Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN to deliver expert clinical leadership for PCU patients in a high acuity setting. You will guide care plans, mentor staff, and ensure efficient, high-quality patient outcomes.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, a nursing Diploma/ASN, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and 1+ year of acute care RN experience. This is a full-time position offering comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold Florida RN licensure or applicable compact licensure.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 6 months of hire/transfer.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care for PCU patients.
• Instruct patients and families on medications and treatment instructions.
• Maintain and review patient records including test results.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
• Provide leadership to nursing team during shift.
