Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe, assess, document, and report resident condition or changes.
• Ensure care plans are implemented as directed.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Record physician visits and conduct rounds with physicians.
• Perform narcotic reconciliation with shifts.
• Identify changes in resident condition and take action per policy.
• Oversee and monitor aides.
• Initiate and complete Incident and Accident Reports.
• Discharge residents per policy.
• Communicate status updates to the resident’s contact.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by leadership.
