Job summary

Strive Health is seeking a collaborative leader to own and scale provider education strategies across Risk Adjustment, Quality, and Clinical Operations. The Manager will design education programs that improve documentation accuracy, coding, audit readiness, and value-based performance across markets.

You'll partner with cross-functional teams, deliver standardized materials, and coach providers to translate complex guidelines into practical workflows. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years' experience or certification in risk adjustment, medical coding, or provider education.
• Active CRC or CPC certification.
• Experience delivering education and coaching to physicians and clinical teams.
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage risk adjustment, HCC, CMS regulations, ICD-10-CM.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; able to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of provider education on risk adjustment and HEDIS.
• Set goals, timelines, and ensure alignment with priorities.
• Serve as SME to operational teams on documentation and coding requirements.
• Conduct documentation and coding reviews to identify trends and gaps.
• Develop education materials, playbooks, and training curricula.
• Provide coaching and feedback to providers based on audits and quality data.
• Partner with leadership to ensure practical, consistent guidance.
• Monitor trends and develop reporting to support improvement.
