Job summary

Landwehr Construction, Inc. seeks a union crane & rigging supervisor based out of the St. Cloud office.

The role is largely outdoors with work sites across the Midwest, and involves coordinating field crews while prioritizing safety and meeting project schedules. Responsibilities include operating a range of cranes, performing rigging, inspecting equipment, and maintaining job logs. A high school diploma and 2+ years of rigging experience are required or preferred, with some overnight travel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years rigging and Versa lift experience preferred.
• Ability to operate multiple crane models and perform rigging procedures safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile, telescopic, truck mounted/boom truck, rough terrain, and crawler cranes.
• Perform rigging to safely lift and move equipment or material.
• Inspect rigging for safety and proper attachment to loads.
• Direct crane operators using hand signals or radio to ensure worker safety.
• Maintain logs and documentation related to equipment and parts.
