Job summary

Kilby Labs, part of Texas Instruments Incorporated, is seeking a qualified engineer to develop RF, SerDes, and mm-wave ICs for industrial, automotive, and communications applications. You will own projects from definition through validation, guiding analog IP design and PCB integration, and benchmarking against state-of-the-art RF technologies.

You will collaborate closely with process, packaging, BU partners, and Kilby team members to transfer technologies into productization and ensure silicon

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of RF, SerDes and mm-wave ICs with project ownership from definition through validation.
• Architect, design, simulate, and guide the layout of RF and analog IPs.
• Define the characterization strategy and guide PCB development
• Characterize the ICs for RF and system level performance using probed or packaged measurements.
• Competitive benchmarking and tracking latest research in RF technologies.
• Balance innovation with execution to demonstrate IPs in silicon in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Process, Packaging, BU partners and Kilby team members.
• Support technology transfer and productization of IPs.
