Job summary

Impulse Space in Redondo Beach is seeking a Lead RF Manufacturing Engineer to provide leadership and mentorship to a team of RF manufacturing engineers. You will own RF manufacturing across the company for all products, driving performance and reliability of vehicles.

You will recruit and lead a team, guide test and inspection, collaborate with design engineers for manufacturability, and optimize rate, yield and cost to ensure timely delivery to Integration while staying current with industry

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace or related field.
• Strong RF manufacturing background and high-reliability experience.
• 3+ years in people management and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and lead a team of RF manufacturing engineers and provide mentorship.
• Guide writing of work instructions for RF circuit boards, antennas, filters and passives.
• Implement processes to improve rate, quality and reliability.
