This position involves overseeing billing, collections, and accounts receivable processes to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of revenue cycle management, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire revenue cycle process, including billing, collections, and accounts receivable.
  • Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
  • Analyze and monitor revenue trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of revenue specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, sales, and customer service to resolve billing and revenue issues.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the revenue cycle processes.
  • Prepare and present revenue reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to revenue recognition and reporting.
  • Utilize financial software and systems to manage and track revenue data.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes by providing revenue projections and analysis.

Requirements and Qualifications:
