Fabletics in Oklahoma City is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead at Classen Curve to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and drive sales goals.

You'll partner with the Store Manager and a dynamic team to educate customers on fabrics, features, and fit, while leading by example in engagement, events, and in-store initiatives. This role requires energy, teamwork, and a passion for active lifestyles.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum retail experience, management experience a plus.
• Familiar with active lifestyle brands and products.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers, employees and partners.
• Able to work with large teams and in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort with standing for extended periods and light lifting (10–30 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and feedback around customer experience playbooks.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to motivate the team to hit targets.
• Maintain store merchandising and inventory visibility.
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Ensure safety and security standards and assist with inventory unpacking.
