You will work with Retail Dining Supervisors and Managers to organize teams, train peers, and assist with administrative tasks in a fast-paced campus environment.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support student staff and Retail Dining Supervisors in daily unit operations.
• Lead operational tasks and train peers to Retail Dining standards.
• Assist management with routine administrative duties and shift planning.
• Attend mandatory trainings and uphold safety and service standards.
