Ideal candidates will guide daily tasks, assist customers, manage merchandising, and ensure a safe, clean shopping environment while coordinating monthly schedules and SOP guidelines for smooth retail

Qualifications

• Previous retail and supervisor experience.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to utilize technology effectively and engage with customers and your team to meet goals.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training.
• Set sales goals and motivate a team.
