Job summary

Perry Ellis International is hiring a Lead Associate to promote Original Penguin merchandise and uphold customer service standards in our retail stores. The role supports Store Manager, ASM, and Supervisors to meet financial and customer-satisfaction goals while ensuring visual standards.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent service, driving sales, and maintaining inventory accuracy, planograms, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Energetic and positive attitude.
• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Flexible availability; reliable transportation.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Customer service-oriented (outgoing, friendly, personable).
• Must be able to move and/or lift to 25 pounds.
• High school degree.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service to company standard and leads the team.
• Generates sales in line with customer service standards.
• Builds repeat customer base through the loyalty program data.
• Maintains knowledge of product, promotions, and events to communicate effectively.
• Maintains a positive store experience by treating customers and staff fairly.
• Manages floor coverage and prioritizes tasks.
• Demonstrates clear written and verbal communication.
