Perry Ellis International is seeking a Lead Associate to sell and promote Perry Ellis merchandise, while upholding customer service standards. You will reinforce the Store Manager, ASM and Supervisors to help the store achieve its financial, satisfaction, and visual goals.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, understanding promotions, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting store operations and visuals.

Qualifications

• Energetic and positive attitude.
• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Must be able to move and/or lift to 25 pounds.
• Flexible availability; reliable transportation.
