Job summary

BYLT is seeking a Lead Retail Stylist to oversee daily store operations and model outstanding customer service. You will educate customers about BYLT products, outfit customers for any occasion, and act as a brand ambassador with a BYLT-for-you mindset.

You will guide staff, manage merchandising, and ensure smooth cash handling, deposits, and inventory controls, while maintaining a safe, clean store and developing monthly schedules.
