Job summary

Everything But Water, the leading specialty retailer of women’s swimwear and resortwear, seeks a Key Holder to partner with Store Management in creating a customer-centric environment. You will support shifts, supervise associates when needed, and uphold brand standards with exceptional service.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years retail experience and at least 1 year in supervision, with strong English communication and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in retail sales
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be fluent in English (speak, read, write)
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business needs, adequate shift coverage and at times supervise Sales Associates
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating the Company’s selling model in a confident and knowledgeable manner
• Maintain brand standards around cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards
• Demonstrate an understanding of sales goals and align behaviors accordingly
