Goodwill of Central East Texas is seeking a Lead Retail Associate in Nacogdoches, TX. This part-time role emphasizes leadership, customer service excellence, and a hands-on approach to store operations.

You will train and motivate retail staff, assist in merchandising, handle transactions, and ensure a clean, organized store that serves the community. Weekly pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months retail or customer service experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and love for teamwork.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stay active throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a friendly, organized, and mission-focused environment.
• Support Store Manager in meeting sales goals and completing store projects.
• Train, coach, and motivate Retail Associates.
• Help with merchandising, rotation pulls, and creating eye-catching displays.
• Operate the register, handle cash, and assist customers with purchases and questions.
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and well-stocked.
• Help detect and prevent loss, while maintaining a positive atmosphere for all.
