Coach is seeking a Brand Ambassador to lead on the sales floor, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and embody the Coach values as a representative of the Coach brand.

You will support store operations, assist with recruiting and training, analyze sales trends, and help grow both the team and the business while upholding our inclusive culture.

This on-site role emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and a customer-focused mindset across all store initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move product, fixtures, and props as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and supports full operation of the business.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance.
• Supports the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, high-level training as needed.
• Provides feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance.
• Adheres to Company policies and store procedures.
