Job summary
PuroClean of Vineland is seeking a dependable Lead Technician to work directly with customers, explain the restoration process for water, mold and fire mitigation, assess scope of work, supervise and mentor team members, ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence. Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of field experience in restoration.
- IICRC WRT certification required.
- One of FSRT, ASD, or AMRT certifications required.
Responsibilities
- Follow OSHA regulations and safety procedures.
- Adhere to restoration procedures for water, mold, fire, and carpet cleaning.
- Maintain positive, team-oriented attitude and provide excellent customer service.
- Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
- Maintain equipment and vehicles in safe, clean condition.
- Be available for emergency response 24/7 as needed.
