Leader & Associates, Inc is seeking a full-time Lead Restoration/Mitigation Technician to exceed customer expectations while overseeing world-class execution of jobs. This is accomplished by providing excellent leadership for your crew and ensuring proper and thorough documentation.

The typical schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with a mandatory on-call rotation. As a Lead Restoration/Mitigation Technician, you can depend on a competitive wage of $17-$20/hour, plus bonus and health insurance assistance depending on experience.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working in the restoration mitigation industry
• IICRC Restoration Industry Certification in Water Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Mold & Biohazard Remediation is preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with the job
• Basic tech skills to use a smartphone/tablet and relevant software
• Availability to work overtime in response to emergency situations, which may include after hours, weekends, or holidays
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Use of power tools and different types of industry related tools
