The role requires at least one year of management experience, open availability (50 hours/week), and a focus on Genuine Hospitality and operational excellence.

Annual salary range is $40,000 to $60,000 with benefits including health insurance, PTO, and performance-based bonuses.

• One year of management related experience.
• Open availability (50 hours/week) with ability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training and development of team members
• Running successful shifts in the front of house dining room and back of house kitchen
• Building our business through Genuine Hospitality
• Expense supervision for labor, food and product orders
• Interact with guests to ensure an exceptional restaurant experience
