Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Assistant Manager in Pennsylvania to drive restaurant performance and develop a high-performing team. You will partner with the RGM to ensure operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and solid financial results.

You will lead shifts, coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and uphold quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards while supporting sales growth and labor optimization.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in fast-paced environments (restaurants, retail, etc).
• Strong communication and people-centric leadership to motivate teams.
