Job summary

Qualifications

• Current LRT credential required.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Ability to travel for implementation with new contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all respiratory services at the skilled nursing facility.
• Supervises, plans, directs, schedules and evaluates the respiratory therapy staff.
• Coordinate with MDS to support respiratory therapy documentation and reporting.
• Maintain and ensure respiratory equipment functionality and safety.
• Develop and implement strategic planning for the Respiratory Therapy department.
• Lead in-service trainings and audits on infection control.
