Qualifications

• NBRC RRT credential required for entrants after 9/1993; ACLS certification within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift huddle, ensure adequate equipment and supplies, monitor and adjust staffing levels.
• Provide guidance, training, and supervision to staff on the unit.
• Interpret and optimize patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and nurses.
• Document department activities and support clinical education and research as appropriate.
