Adventist Health Sonora is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to deliver basic and critical respiratory care for adult and geriatric patients, with supervision as needed and leadership when assigned. The role includes documenting care, arterial blood gases, ventilator support, and rounding with the care team.

Requires CA RCP license and BLS; ACLS is required in ICU/ED; NRP/PALS are preferred. Per Diem/Night shift environment with a collaborative team at Sonora, CA.

Formación

• RCP license in CA is required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• ACLS required in ICU/ED; NRP/PALS/PEARS preferred.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree preferred; Master’s preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administers respiratory care for adult and geriatric patients.
• Performs arterial blood gases and documents in EMR.
• Provides care for ventilated patients and ensures equipment readiness.
• Performs rounds and supports nursing staff; assists with training of new staff.

Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license (CA)

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
