Job summary
ReliaBee Air, Electric & Plumbing in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Lead Residential Service Electrician who can also grow into Electrical Department Manager. You will diagnose problems, educate homeowners, present solutions, and deliver high-quality workmanship while expanding the electrical division.
This hands-on leadership role offers target earnings up to $125,000 with guaranteed minimum compensation and performance-based incentives.
Qualifications
- Active Texas Journeyman Electrician or Residential Wireman license.
- Minimum 5 years of electrical field experience, including substantial residential service and troubleshooting.
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to solve challenging electrical problems independently within applicable licensing requirements.
- Experience with residential electrical panels, circuits, service upgrades, troubleshooting, and electrical repairs.
- Proven ability to communicate professionally with homeowners and present repair and replacement options.
- Understanding of the relationship between exceptional service, customer trust, and revenue production.
- Strong personal accountability, organizational skills, and professional appearance.
- Commitment to electrical safety, code compliance, and quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical problems.
- Perform panel replacements, service upgrades, circuit repairs, surge protection, EV charger installations, lighting, and other residential electrical work within your license scope.
- Educate homeowners about electrical safety, system conditions, and available solutions.
- Present repair and replacement options clearly, professionally, and honestly.
- Build customer confidence and earn business through technical expertise and exceptional service.
- Manage service calls efficiently while maintaining high standards for workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify additional electrical safety concerns and opportunities to improve home electrical systems.
- Maintain accurate estimates, job documentation, and customer records using ServiceTitan.
- Take personal responsibility for productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and results.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations that help improve our Electrical Division.

ReliaBee launched Electrical Services in 2025 as part of our expanding HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Home Performance business.
We're now looking for the right individual to help take our Electrical Division to the next level.
You will work directly with ownership and have a meaningful voice in shaping the department's future, including:

As our Lead Residential Service Electrician, you'll take ownership of delivering exceptional electrical service while helping establish the foundation for a high-performing department.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Independently diagnosing and troubleshooting residential electrical problems
