Job summary

Total Roofing in Waterloo, IL is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our residential roofing sales team. You will earn a $70,000 base salary with on-target earnings of $140,000 to $160,000 per year, with personal commission and an annual growth bonus as the company grows.

You will sell in the field on day one, recruit and train new reps, and build the systems that track performance. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with a willingness to work on roofs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales experience, field-based.
• Ability to recruit, onboard and train new sales reps.
• Strong focus on numbers and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Sell roofing projects in the field and carry production from day one.
• Meet homeowners, walk roofs, and guide insurance/storm-damage claims.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new sales reps as the team grows.
• Build tracking and accountability systems for the sales team.
• Coordinate between sales and operations to keep everyone informed.
