Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year’s experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Six months’ supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing protective oversight to people in the residence.
• Assist with scheduling and training of residential staff.
• Ensure adherence to agency quality standards of operation.
