Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; BA/BS preferred.
• Two years' experience with developmentally disabled adults.
• Valid NYS driver’s license preferred.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and Positive Behavioral Support.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment and staffing needs for the residence, including hiring, evaluations, and supervision of staff; submit payroll data.
• Maintain knowledge of Emergency Procedures and implement crisis procedures.
• Train new staff to work with individuals served.
• Ensure staff have current certifications (TB, AMAP, CPR); provide annual recertification trainings.
• Maintain staff schedule; run staff meetings and participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings.
• Write annual program plan with formal goals and protocols; support behavior plans and annual plan components.
