Responsibilities include troubleshooting, traveling to job sites, advising customers on repair vs. replacement, and maintaining a well-organized inventory for efficient jobs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in residential plumbing and steam heating.
• Licensed plumbing and heating company experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plumbing and steam/boiler systems.
• Travel to job sites and coordinate with dispatcher for efficient schedules.
• Provide expert consultation on repair vs. replacement options to customers.
• Maintain organized inventory of tools and parts on truck and in shop.
• Deliver excellent customer service and perform on-site billing.
