Crest Plumbing TN is seeking a senior field plumber to run residential service calls in Cookeville and surrounding areas. You will diagnose problems, communicate findings to homeowners, and perform repairs with a focus on flat-rate pricing.

The role includes a base pay of $30 per hour with a 10% commission on service revenue above a weekly baseline, company van provided, and a Tennessee Limited Licensed Plumber license requirement.

Formación

• At least 3 years of residential service experience.
• Strong communication with homeowners and ability to explain diagnoses clearly.
• Licensed or eligible Tennessee Limited Licensed Plumber.
• Committed to honest, flat-rate pricing with no high-pressure upsell.

Responsabilidades
