Job summary

AION Management seeks an experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems at The Meridian South and The Meridian North in Indianapolis.

You will troubleshoot complex system issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure safety standards. Training and mentoring of service technicians is also part of the role, along with documenting work using AppWorks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Type 2 certification required; EPA 608 Universal preferred.
• Experience as HVAC technician or similar role; Journeyman preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues; perform repairs.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections.
• Replace defective components like motors, thermostats, compressors.
• Maintain records using AppWorks.
• Mentor and train service technicians.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service.
