Capital City Comfort Solutions of North Chesterfield, VA is seeking an Experienced HVAC Service Technician to service residential systems in the local area. The role offers an hourly pay range of $33.00–$43.00 with spiffs/commission and the potential to earn $100K+ per year.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional HVAC service experience.
• Strong residential HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to confidently work independently in the field.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• EPA certification required.
• Additional HVAC licenses or certifications are a plus.
• Able to safely climb ladders and work at heights.
• Able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Perform service calls with a focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Clearly explain system issues, repair options, and recommendations to homeowners.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance and comfort.
• Complete service work safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate effectively with the team.
• Represent Capital City professionally in customers' homes and throughout the local service area.
• Lead by example and help support the service team.
