Mainstream Electric, Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing is hiring a Lead Installer in Spokane Valley. You will install and service residential HVAC systems, ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years of HVAC installations, EPA certification, and the ability to train apprentices. A valid license and use of Service Titan on an iPad are expected. We offer a benefits package and a company truck to support field work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installations.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years.
• Ability to coach and train and apprentice.
• EPA Certification required.
