Glasco Heating & Air Conditioning in South Windsor, CT is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to head residential installation projects from start to finish. You’ll lead a crew, ensure clean, professional installations, and communicate with homeowners throughout the process.

The role emphasizes ownership of the jobsite, problem solving on-site, and helping team members grow their skills while delivering high‑quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• CT S, D, or B HVAC License required.
• 4+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Experience leading HVAC installations or small crews.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation and replacement projects from start to finish.
• Install furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, thermostats, and related equipment.
• Review job scopes, equipment, materials, and customer expectations before work begins.
• Lead and mentor apprentices and installation helpers.
• Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, sales, service, and operations teams as needed.
