Job summary

QTL Holdings, based in Medina, Ohio, is seeking experienced Residential HVAC Installers to lead the installation of replacement equipment and meet schedule targets with a high standard of workmanship.

Earn up to $50 per hour, with a starting rate by experience, plus a $5,000 signing bonus, and benefits including IRA with company match, health/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO, and paid training for internal advancement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience as a lead installer.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation of replacement HVAC equipment.
• Complete work on schedule with a high standard of workmanship.
• Maintain a low callbacks rate by delivering quality installations.
