Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Lead HVAC Installer to oversee and coordinate the installation of HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for managing installation projects, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship, and mentoring a team of installers. You will work directly with customers to ensure their needs are met, providing expert guidance on the installation process and ensuring safety and efficiency every step of the way. Your leadership will be key in maintaining our commitment to top-quality service and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HVAC system installation, strong leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service. A focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction is essential to succeed in this role.

Pay: $38-$55/hour, depending on experience

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in residential HVAC installation
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• EPA Universal License (or willing to obtain within one year)
• NATE certified (or willing to obtain within one year)
• Ability to lead a team and ensure high-quality installations
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Experience making installation decisions and troubleshooting equipment
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers one-on-one
• Must be willing to use extension ladders up to 20 feet high
