Heritage Home Service is seeking a Lead Residential HVAC Install Technician in Portland, ME. This role focuses on installing furnaces, boilers and AC split systems in residential properties, ensuring compliance with local codes and manufacturer specs.

You will collaborate with the project team, perform quality checks, and communicate clearly with clients while maintaining on-site professionalism. A valid driver’s license and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• Gas or oil license required; EPA certification is a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting install-related issues.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform physical labor.

• Install HVAC systems in residential properties, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and local/state codes
• Collaborate with the project team for the efficient execution of installations
• Conduct quality checks and system adjustments for optimal performance
• Communicate clearly with clients and maintain professionalism on-site
• Complete accurate documentation and follow all safety protocols

What You'll Bring:

• Proven years of experience in the field installing residential furnaces, boilers and AC split systems
• Gas or Oil License
