Responsibilities

• Lead residential electrical installation projects from start to finish.
• Install electrical systems, panels, fixtures, wiring, and related components safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Train and mentor install helpers and junior technicians.
• Complete job documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain proper truck inventory and equipment organization.
• Work closely with dispatch, managers, and team members to ensure successful project completion.
