Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction process of new homes, ensuring on-time completion, budget adherence, and top quality.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to meet the construction schedule and quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with trade partners, suppliers, building officials, homeowners, and Adams Homes team members.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Adhere to the construction scheduling process proficiently.
• Maintain a friendly attitude and persistent work ethic on-site.
• Visit job sites daily to inspect quality, monitor schedules, and provide guidance to ensure timely completion.
