Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction process of new homes, ensuring work is on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers per the construction schedule
• Communicate professionally with trade partners, suppliers, officials, homeowners, and team members
• Visit job sites daily to inspect quality, monitor schedules, and provide guidance
