Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction process of new homes, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers per the schedule.
• Communicate professionally with trade partners, suppliers, building officials, homeowners, and team members.
• Exhibit attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Follow the construction scheduling process proficiently.
• Maintain a friendly attitude and persistent work ethic.
• Visit job sites daily to inspect quality, monitor schedules, and guide teams.
