• 5+ years of residential construction project management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and building processes.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors, manage schedules and costs.
• Familiar with construction project management software; JobTread experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of residential construction projects from planning through completion.
• Manage daily field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules.
• Maintain accountability for project budgets, timelines, quality, and profitability.
• Use JobTread to manage schedules, budgets, job costing, documentation, and project communication.
• Anticipate challenges, resolve issues, and keep projects moving without constant oversight.
• Coordinate materials, inspections, subcontractors, and project milestones.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, team members, and company leadership.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and workmanship standards.
• Manage change orders, project updates, and closeout documentation.
