Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential remodeling or construction experience.
• Advanced general and finish carpentry skills.
• Strong experience reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings.
• Ability to lead work in the field and guide less experienced carpenters.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Professional communication and a team-first approach.
• Ability to manage priorities and stay productive on active projects.
• Personal hand tools are required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Lead carpentry work on residential remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, and whole-home renovations.
• Perform and oversee framing, finish carpentry, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other detailed construction work.
• Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate day-to-day field activities with project managers and other team members.
• Help keep projects moving efficiently and identify issues before they affect schedules.
• Troubleshoot field challenges and make practical decisions.
• Maintain high standards for craftsmanship, safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Mentor and support developing carpenters.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, trade partners, project managers, and coworkers.
• Take ownership of work from layout through final punch-list.
