Job summary

Pinemar is seeking a Residential Construction Foreman in Ardmore, PA to lead field crews and manage day-to-day jobsite activities. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of projects, coordinating with the Project Manager and Superintendent.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in residential construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read drawings. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and coordinate day-to-day jobsite activities.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Pinemar's standards.
• Monitor progress, assign tasks, and maintain quality control.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and trade partners.
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free jobsites.
• Communicate progress and needs to the Superintendent.
