Providence PACE is seeking a Lead Personal Care Aide to supervise aides, ensure accurate documentation, and support safe administration of medications and daily care at the Cully Assisted Living facility. This 24-hour-per-week role invites hands-on leadership and teamwork in a community setting.

Sundays and Mondays are required, with a third day flexible, as you help empower elders to maintain independence while receiving compassionate, patient-centered care from a dedicated Providence team.

Formación

• 6 months Medication administration experience. 1 year preferred.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Coursework/Training Completion of approved medication administration training.

Description

This position will be working 24 hours a week at our Cully Assisted Living facility. Must be available to work on Sunday morning and Monday (third day flexible).

Under the direction of the Resident Care Supervisor or Operations Supervisor and with clinical supervision, the Lead Personal Care Aide is expected to serve in a leadership role with other Aides to complete all required documentation, assure that all care and medications are administered appropriately, to solve problems, and to communicate with the staff of the next shift. Performs basic and routine quality care to the residents including assisting them in the activities of daily living and other personal care tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• 6 months Medication administration experience. 1 year preferred.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $27.90
