Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE, physics, or related field.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant full‑time experience, or Doctoral degree.
• Strong research record in wireless systems and AI for wireless is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute advanced research programs in 5G/6G and wireless systems.
• Design and evaluate algorithms, prototypes, and end‑to‑end stacks.
• Publish papers, reports, and standards‑relevant contributions.
• Oversee lab operations, equipment, and compute resources.
• Manage outdoor testbeds and field deployments.
• Coordinate demos and affiliate collaborations with partners.
