Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior researcher to lead sponsored projects as PI or co-PI, directing protocol development, human subjects oversight, and budget management. Qualifications

Five years of directly related work experience.
Excellent communication skills (preferred).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills (preferred).
Experience working in interdisciplinary teams (preferred).
Experience managing projects related to environmental health or neurodegenerative diseases (preferred).
Background in public health or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

Functions as the principal investigator, co-principal investigator, or project director of sponsored projects.
Has primary authority over the conduct of a project including protocol development and adherence, human subjects, personnel management and budget oversight.
Publishes study results as first author or co-author
Supervises other project staff
Functions as the primary programmatic liaison with the sponsor
Performs related responsibilities as required
