Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
- Experience in clinical research and oncology nursing preferred.
- Leadership, mentoring, project management or supervisory experience is expected.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operation of multiple department protocols with PI/Study Sponsor collaboration.
- Coordinate and facilitate research activities and protocol patient care.
- Oversee enrollment and patient care for assigned protocols.
- Input protocol data into research systems and logs.
- Support monitoring visits for assigned protocols.
- Maintain a reduced workload while fulfilling supervisory duties.
